GYROTONIC®   Leg Extension Unit Course with Master Trainer & Special Guest Nora Heiber

November 4-6 and 8-10, 2017 

In this course, you will learn to apply the GYROTONIC® principles to the latest exercises on the Leg Extension Unit by a master trainer who was deeply impacted by the LEU system after conquering what was told to be a career ending injury!  This course is open to both certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainers and counts as an update course.

Nora is o ne of the founding members of San Francisco  GYROTONIC® and has been teaching its methodology globally since 1988.  Nora danced with Alonzo King's LINES Ballet for 12 years where she served as a Board Trustee prior to becoming a faculty member of the LINES educational programs. 

In addition, Nora serves the arts community as the National Dance Executive for the American Guild of Musical Artists where she represents dancers, choristers, solo singers, and production staff of the opera and ballet. Nora and her husband Cliff Jepsen live  on a  20 acres farm in Penn Valley, A  where  they have been offering various courses, workshops and retreats in support of conscious living.
