Danny is a native Irish speaker from the Gaeltect of Connemara. He has performed all over the world, including before a crowd of ½ million on Solidarity Day in Washington, D.C. Since immigrating to the US in the early 1970s, he has brought Irish folk music to folk venues around the country, sharing the stage with many of the Irish and American folk musicians of the era. With his brother, Patrick, he established the legendary O'Flaherty's Irish Channel Pub in New Orleans.

Karen on hammered dulcimer with her Belgian-born husband, Paul Oorts, on harp guitar, 10-string cittern, mandolin, and musette accordion, perform traditional Celtic, Belgian and French music in a delightful blend of entertaining, mellow and informative.

Hard core traditional Celtic. Beggars' Circus is known for energetic live shows and an extensive repertoire of traditional Celtic music spanning some 800 years. The band's multi-instrumentalists perform on a wide range of instruments essential to the genre.

Together for 29 years, local Celtic mainstay IONA transports its audience to Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Cornwall, Mann, Brittany, Asturies and Galicia, and explores those cultures transplanted in the New World. Lead singer, bouzouki and bodhrán player, Barbara Tresidder Ryan, and Bernard Argent on wooden flute, whistles, vocals and percussion, are joined by Chuck Lawhorn on bass guitar, whistles and vocals, Jim Queen, fiddle, banjo and vocals, and dancer Kathleen Larrick.
