Speaker Opportunities
We are looking for individuals that would like to conduct a seminar on an engineering related topic of your choice at the Conference. Each 50-minute seminar will provide one Professional Development Hours (PDH)
We would like to extend an invitation to your organization to display at the JESC. Like any conference, vendors play a huge role in helping us fund our event as well as informing our attendees of new products and technologies in our industry. This year we have extended our contact hours with our exhibitors and made room for extra booths.
The JESC is expected to be attended by hundreds of Professional Engineers throughout the state of Louisiana who represent Private Practice, Industry, Government, Education and Construction. The planning committee is aiming for a very diverse group of speakers to address each of these groups of practice.
Please consider becoming a Corporate Sponsor of the JESC. All corporate sponsors will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall and also listed in the conference program, and the Louisiana Engineer & Surveyor Journal which is circulated to all Engineers in the State of Louisiana.

You must state that you are attending the JESC to receive the rate. The hotel reservation deadline is January 16, 2018.
