Let's Build It Electric Engineering- 1st - 5th
Electrical Engineering is an exciting, cutting-edge area of engineering. Students will design, build and test various circuits and electronic projects. An instructor will guide students through core concepts of engineering by using hands-on projects and experiments to explore how electricity is part of our daily lives. No previous experience is necessary just a desire to use problem-solving, math and physics skills. Projects will include a disc launcher, electronic games, music makers, alarms and more!

Jedi Engineering Using LEGOs- 1st - 4th
Young Jedi will explore worlds far, far away and engineering principles right in front of them. Defeat the Empire by designing and refining LEGO X-Wings, R2-Units and settlements on far-flung edges of the galaxy. Imagination and engineering combine to create motorized and architectural projects such as energy catapults, shield generators and defense turrets. "May the Force be with you."

Cooking for Good Health
The best way to show someone that you care is by cooking a meal for them. If you have a love one suffering from a serious health issue and want to show your support, Julie Seidlitz will share her experience for cooking for a loved one who was going through chemo treatment. Julie is not a doctor, dietician or medical expert; she is sharing recipes based on her own experience for caring for a loved one and her research of finding meals to stimulate their appetites when regular food tastes "blah." The menu you will be creating will include chicken and rice, tuna and bean salad, avocado and cucumber soup, red lentils and easy tomato chutney, dried fruit compote and maple coconut bites. This menu is definitely worth sharing with a loved one.

Bubble Soccer
Join us for seriously fun game of Bubble Soccer. Bubble Soccer is a regular game of soccer with the added fun of being in a plastic ball. That's right; you're in a plastic ball which allows you to run into your competition and/or friends for an exciting game of soccer. Teams will consist of 5 players and the game will consist of two-five minute halves. Games will be scheduled between 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. and players will be contacted prior to game day with their scheduled game time. If the minimum enrollment is not met, Bubble Soccer may be cancelled.
