Utilizing a ballet barre, this class is a mixture of techniques from dance, Pilates and yoga that will deliver a full body workout. A class that focuses on isometric exercised to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. No dance experience required. Appropriate for all fitness levels. The sessions begin Tuesday, February 27 and Thursday, March 1 in the Health Enhancement Room.

Golf Fitness program

Join us March 6 - March 29 as PGA Professional Doug Temple and a certified personal trainer works with the classes, splitting time between golf specific postures and exercises that build strength, power, balance and flexibility as well as focus and relax your mind on the course in order to play your best.
