I loved coming back from vacation to all the leaves on the trees! Thank you Mother Nature and Mother Earth...Ahhhhhh! And with Mother's Day this Sunday, we can also celebrate the person who gave us breath, life and love - the greatest gifts of all! Cherish and adore Mom and say " I Love You"! If she is no longer physically present, we can still pay homage by retelling a story that makes us smile.

My mother was a glamorous musician and TV star in her day and really valued outward beauty. We visited her at the hospice house daily. It was a busy, trying, and hectic time of life with the kids, so often I showed up in my glasses and sweatpants with no makeup. She said, "Donna. You really are a gorgeous girl, why do you leave the house looking like this?" I told her, "Mom I came to see you!" She said, "EXACTLY! What am I? Chopped Liver?" LOL! THere was no one like her, I Love her dearly, and am blessed to be able to still feel and experience hints that she is still here spiritually.

Happy Mother's Day!

Blue Skies,
Donna Bennett
