Zip Code Project: Maryvale
Community Group of Action!
We are seeking community members that are interested in
solution-building
for disconnected youth ages 16-24 years, not working and not in school. Youth disconnection is an epidemic facing our communities. Maryvale was chosen to be highlighted in the Zip Code Project for several reasons:
- Data shows the Maryvale area has a high number of disconnected youth per capita.
- Maryvale has significantly high community engagement and multiple organizations working together to help youth succeed.

You can also forward this email to anyone you feel would benefit
from this important conversation.
*If you have space for up to 50 people in a collaborative environment (i.e. round tables, room to move around), please let me know as we would like to keep these meeting in Maryvale. Due to time constraints, this meeting should be the only one here at the Department.
