I hope this email finds you well! I am writing to follow up on last week's message about our upcoming Community Forum on Friday, August 2, 2013 at Clark University in Worcester, MA.

As mentioned, our agency recently secured a grant from the Sudbury Foundation to conduct a formal Strategic Planning Process with a professional  facilitator: Jay Vogt from PeoplesWorth. As part of this Strategic Planning Process, we are seeking people who care about Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass./Metrowest, Inc. and the future of mentoring to offer their insights, feedback, and participation in a meaningful discussion to help shape our Strategic Plan for the next 3-5 years. It is important initiative and we want your opinions!

Please join us on August 2, 2013 to participate in this vibrant and important discussion! It is a breakfast session from 7:30am-11am at Clark University in Worcester. Room will be announced in a personal message to attendees.
