Live Webinar:  Wednesday, January 24
11:00 AM - 12: 30 PM

NYS attorneys from the Department of Health that administer the Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) program and make legal determinations on background findings will provide an overview of the program. They will discuss the legal determination process, who is subject to CHRC, reversals, rehabilitation evidence and more. Please note that this session will provide substantive guidance on the legal review process, it is not a "101"-session showing you how to navigate the CHRC / IdentoGO vendor program.
