SGMP Sacramento Monthly Meeting
"Preparing for an Effective Pre-Convention Meeting"
Thursday,  April 13, 2017
Hampton Inn & Suites Folsom
155 Placerville Road, Folsom 95630

A pre-convention "pre-con" meeting is a meeting held prior to an event to confirm and review all arrangements for said event and to make last minute adjustments. This is a final check and a chance to establish a rapport with staff members you may not have previously met.
For those who may not plan frequent meetings, a pre-con may seem uncomfortable or awkward because you don't know what to expect. Or perhaps you are an experienced planner who had to figure this out on your own. Either way this is your chance to learn something new from our panel of experienced industry professionals. You'll have fun learning who should attend; and, when and why a pre-con is useful.

Our meeting is scheduled from 4:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
 Registration begins at 4:15 p.m.

We look forward to seeing you there!
