Venue Change:

As we hope you are already aware, we changed locations so that we could accommodate all who wanted to join. While we've sent several updates to all of the attendee email addresses on file, we know technology is not always 100%.

If any of your friends, loved ones, or colleagues are planning to join us, we would so appreciate your help spreading the word that this training is now being hosted at:

Food:

A light morning snack will be served prior to the start of the Institute.
      
Lunch is on your own.
 
Please note the hotel restaurant cannot accommodate all attendees.

The hotel has made arrangements to offer an onsite salad and pasta lunch (with protein) that will be available for purchase directly from Red Lion for $18.

There are also several offsite restaurants near the Red Lion. We encourage you to consider bringing a lunch with you or using a local delivery service.
 
Lunch will be from approximately 11:30 am - 12:45 pm.
 
*Please bring a refillable water bottle with you for the day.


Transportation & Parking:

We strongly encourage you take public transportation if possible.
   
If you are driving, please consider carpooling. Parking at the Red Lion is free to all guests. Please note, we anticipate a large number of folks joining us and the lot is shared with other hotel guests. Please arrive early and if you are driving/parking, we encourage you to plan ahead with alternative options for parking.
 
 
Check In:

Check in will begin at 7:45 AM and the program will begin at 8:30 AM. We have folks joining us from all over the country. Please arrive early so you can get checked in, fed, hydrated, and settled in.

Thank you for bringing your printed registration receipt with you or having your ticket loaded onto the Eventbrite app on your phone.  
 
If you need to retrieve your ticket, please go to Eventbrite.com and log in using the email address associated with your registration (the same email this message is being sent to). If you do not already have an Eventbrite account, you can create one with your registration email address and your ticket will be in that new account.

If you have already logged in to Eventbrite on your mobile device browser or the Eventbrite app, please log out and log back in to make sure that your ticket reflects the correct, updated location information.

Additionally, every guest who purchased tickets prior to the venue change on January 12th was resent a link to retrieve updated tickets on Wednesday. If you have not seen that message, please check your spam or junk mail folders for a message from Eventbrite.

Please bring whatever you need to take notes with, if you'd like. We are not able to allow photography or video recording of the slides/presentation due to licensing with The New Yorker.
 
 
CEUs:  
 
For those of you receiving credits, please remember to sign in when you arrive and sign out at the end of the day.

The cost for CEUs is $30 and was an add-on option during registration.

CEU certificates can only be issued to those who have paid, signed in/out, and completed the evaluation survey.

Evaluations will be emailed to everyone who has signed in and paid in advance approximately 3 days after the training. Anyone who has not paid for CEUs in advance but wishes to receive them should sign in/out on site.

If you have not yet paid for CEUs but would like to do so, you can purchase them online here.

Given the high volume of requests, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to respond to requests to pay for CEUs on site.
     
 
Comfort:

The heat/cooling may fluctuate so dress in layers, please.


Please Consider:

In the spirit of this being a retreat day, we'd ask you to - when possible - find coverage for your work and lives for the day so there is less likelihood that you'll be pulled away and maximum opportunity for you to really be present. Wi-Fi services are not being provided during this training.
