8 Erie Street
 It has been a long process working with the City of Jersey City to complete the purchase of 8 Erie, but we are nearly there! The JCRA has been great to work with and we are finally able to further the process, in large part, due to their efforts. The biggest hurdle was finding the Police Dept. a new home, which is now complete. We have been told they will be moving out on July 1! We have all of our documents ready for our Historic appearance & Zoning Board appearance and are awaiting a date for each. Once we have them we will let you know, and we encourage anyone who is local to come out to the hearing and support the project.

Huge New Idea!
We've got a new idea...and its gonna be HUGE! Our entire team is very excited about it and we can't wait to share all the details, but we need to get a bunch of research done first and make sure we are organized and ready to go.
Our goal is to do a small test launch in early September, and if it goes well we will be rolling it out Nation Wide!
In about a week or two we will be sending out a survey to get some feedback for our idea, and we're going to give everyone who fills it out a little something as a thank you. Keep a lookout for it, and if you have the time, please do fill it out.
