Registration Now Open for the Horsemanship Quiz Challenge!

 

Registration for the 2015 USHJA Horsemanship Quiz Challenge, presented by Sweet Briar College, is now open at www.ushja.org/HQC. Young equestrians are encouraged to test their horsemanship knowledge by completing the online practice quiz and the Level One and Level Two Quizzes. Participants who excel will be eligible for selection to compete in the 2015 HQC Nationals where they can win a bevy of prizes including a $1,000 grant for training and education, provided by the USHJA Foundation, as well as a Charles Owen helmet.

USHJA Foundation: Granting Opportunity for Young Equestrians at 2015 College Preparatory Invitational

"I'm definitely thinking about riding in college and only applied to IHSA or NCAA schools. [The College Preparatory Invitational] is a great event that allows you to get your foot in the door with meeting coaches, which is especially important if you're planning to ride in college," said Emma Karlson, one of four recipients of a USHJA Foundation travel grant to participate in the 2015 College Preparatory Invitational.
