We are writing to you to inform you about:

• The WeRecycle reporting portal being offline from Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 2:00 a.m. until Sunday, June 1, 2014 at 5:00 p.m.
• Enhanced features on the upgraded reporting portal - to help make submitting claim submissions more seamless for you

Portal Offline from May 31:

In order to implement improvements to the WeRecycle portal for our Service Providers, the portal will temporarily be offline from Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 2:00 a.m. until Sunday, June 1, 2014 at 5:00 p.m.

New Enhanced Reporting Portal:

We have been working hard to upgrade the portal to enable more features, seamless reporting, and a wider range of reporting options. Some of the new features you will notice include:

• Option to add, delete or modify your secondary or accounting contacts
• New reporting functionalities, such as the ability to track your claim
• Ability to download your Upload spreadsheet with detailed material information

The new portal will be available from Sunday, June 1 at 5:00 p.m. to use.

To help you navigate the portal, we have developed a short portal user guide that details the main changes, the new features, and takes you through how to submit your claim submission forms. You can download a copy of the portal user guide here.
