Minnesota Conference on Volunteer Administration
May 8-10, 2013
Bloomington, MN
Now more than ever, Minnesotans rely on volunteer managers who are prepared, connected, and ready to lead volunteers as they perform their varied services. This conference aims to provide multidisciplinary training in the form of beginner, intermediate, and advanced sessions for volunteer resource staff and directors, as well as other leaders, staff and executives. If you have an idea for a session that you would like to present at this conference, please click here for more information. As the host of this conference, the Minnesota Association for Volunteer Administration (MAVA) seeks to engage leaders of volunteer programs from all sectors including non-profit, faith-based, government, healthcare, corporate, education/youth, social service, arts & culture and more! MAVA is the largest professional membership association for leaders of volunteers in the state of Minnesota. It's an alliance of individuals and networks dedicated to providing support and resources to those who lead volunteers. MAVA unites administrators of structured volunteer programs as well as those who have an interest in promoting volunteerism across the state. MAVA strives to enhance communities across Minnesota by supporting those who lead volunteers.
