Last year, the New York Times published a fascinating article entitled "Relax! You'll Be More Productive," stating that physical and mental rest actually increases productivity.

We see the results of this in our retreatants at the end of each retreat.  If your schedule is jam-packed and you cannot afford to take two weeks away on vacation, consider taking just two days away on retreat.  The results are life-changing!

Did you know?

You can make a private retreat!

Looking for a quiet weekend away at an affordable rate?  You are welcome to make a private retreat, so long as you come during the same time as one of our regularly scheduled retreats.  You are invited participate in meals, confession, mass, and prayer times with the group if you wish, but you are free to spend your time here as you choose.

Contact our Welcoming Coordinator, Helen Nguyen, for more information by calling (206) 748-7991 or emailing helen.nguyen@seattlearch.org.
