Bishop David Richards
With deep sadness we announce the death of Bishop David Richards, beloved husband of Holly, who died peacefully at home, full of years, surrounded by his family, on 21 August. Bishop Richards was the senior bishop of The Episcopal Church by order of consecration, having been ordained a bishop in 1951.
Bishop Richards’s funeral Mass will take place at Saint Philip’s Church, Coral Gables, on Saturday, 25 August, at 11 am. All are welcome.
May Bishop David rest in peace and rise in glory.
