- Project Manager
Welcome to the July issue of
s Marc Ellington. I am from small town Thomaston, Ga where I have lived all my life.
I started my career with my father in 1989 at our family owned Exxon Service Center. The family business was started by my grandfather in 1955 and we closed the business in 2007, opening The Potting Shed (retail garden center) and selling it in 2013 when my brother and I opened Thomaston Meat Market. I have been with SRG
Macon since August 21, 2014 and absolutely love my job.
I am married to my wife Amy and we have two beautiful daughters, Anna - 17 and Cale - 9. Anna is an upcoming senior at Upson-Lee High School and is looking forward to attending Georgia Southern in the summer of 2017 to major in the nursing field. Cale is going into the fourth grade and loves playing softball. She has played in several All Star Tournaments this summer. My wife Amy is a 6
th grade Language/ELA teacher at Upson-Lee Middle School.
I enjoy coming to work each and every day here at
G and I work with a wonderful TEAM here in Macon. My goal is to leave every job better than I found it and I hope to have many more years to serve as a representative of Southeast Restoration.
