SRG Vision

"We aspire to bring happiness to our team members and their families, to be an inspiration in our communities, and to make a positive impact on every life we touch."

Christina Perleberg  - Team Coordinator  (SRG Columbus)

I would like to welcome you to the May issue of  Restored .  My name is Christina Perleberg. I have been serving as the Team Coordinator for the Columbus location for five and a half years.  I have had the pleasure of experiencing the growth of this location.

As the Team Coordinator, I help serve the needs of the production department.  I enjoy having a wide range of tasks.

I love working for Southeast Restoration Group because the company works with people who are going through the worst time in their lives.  We restore their lives not just their property.

I was born and raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.  I moved to Georgia six and half years ago.  I am married to my wonderful husband for almost 9 years.  We have two wonderful hairy four-legged girls. Our girls' names are Sara and Lola.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, making jewelry and spending time with my family along with rooting for my favorite hockey team. Go Pittsburgh Penguins.

COMMUNITY Participation

Childhood Cancer Wrap up

When we started the Childhood Cancer Initiative we set our expectations high for what we wanted to achieve.  Through the efforts of our incredible team members, their families and friends we more than doubled our initial goal of $20k and ended up raising $40,000
towards awarding scholarships to 50 Children to be able to attend Camp Sunshine.

We thank all of those who were able to be a part of this initiative, either through donations, your time or playing in the Ruff Cup golf charity benefitting Camp Sunshine.

Recent Testimonials from Lives Restored

"This is my first experience with Southeast Restoration and I am quite frankly amazed with the service as well as the follow up I received from Marc Ellington. You were picked by my insurance company, USAA, and I am very thankful they picked you. I am very relieved to have such great service from your company. I would recommend Southeast for any project. Unfortunately, I am now in an assisted living home and will not need any more of your services. Southeast Restoration reminds me of a quote I once heard 'You can have the best product in the world but if you do not have great customer service, you will fail.' I think Southeast will continue to be around for a long time because you guys were great with your customer service. I can't image anyone having a bad experience with your company."

" I am calling about Josh Medlin  who came out to my house this morning".  I just needed for someone to know how great he was and how helpful".  She went on to say that the thought of mold in her home has been stressful along with the recent loss of her son, has just been too much.  While Josh was there, she asked him if he knew anything about garbage disposals.  He told her not a whole lot, but went on to get his tools and managed to get it working for her.  She was overwhelmed with his willing to help her aside from what he was actually there for.

Restoring Lives Summit 2016

On April 21st we conducted our Annual Meeting we call  Restoring Lives Summit.  This year over 100 team members from all of our locations met at the Top Golf Atlanta location for the Summit.

Some of the highlights from the day were hearing Michael Coles speak to the team about his story and pursuit of excellence.  Ben and the rest of the leadership spoke on our core values and competencies, our purpose and new initiatives that will be coming in 2016 and beyond.

We presented our core values awards to team members based on recommendations from their peers, played some golf and some great prizes were handed out to some lucky winners.

It is one of our favorite days of the year and an opportunity to get together as a family, laugh and get inspired to go out and SERVE with Compassion.
