Have you ever thought about how much it costs your company to issue a single purchase order? For the typical OEM, that cost is about $125.  How many purchase orders do you issue a day, a week, a year!  That's a lot of expense.

Revere can help alleviate that cost by deploying an inventory management program at your facility (RIMS).  Our program can be simple or intricate, depending upon your needs.

Our RIMS team will come in, evaluate your warehouse, help you determine mins and maxs, bring in the determined inventory, label it, track usage - in essence, make you more efficient.

When To Enable IO-Link Technology in Your Operation

Smart sensors-unlike standard sensors communicate data that can help machines operate more effectively. These smart sensors allow manufacturers to capture contextual and diagnostic data and leverage it across the manufacturing enterprise.

While smart sensors offer key insights into a manufacturing operation, it's not necessary for all sensors on a plant floor to be smart.

5 Tips for Modernizing Your Industrial Network Architecture

A modern industrial IP network infrastructure is increasingly essential for most manufacturers and industrial companies.

By using the latest networking technologies, breaking down data silos, and harnessing the power of greater connectivity and information sharing, you can make the potential of smart manufacturing a reality. This can help you make real-time operations decisions and improve productivity in new ways.

Press Release: Rockwell Automation Delivers New Tools for Instant Device Analytics and Plant-Floor Collaboration -  FactoryTalk Team One

Offerings empower plant-floor workforce, support teams for quicker troubleshooting

MILWAUKEE - Smart devices have created connections across industrial operations with the potential to empower plant or distributed workers.
