I want to take a moment here to give my gratitude to the customers and clients who have made Lucky Mojo Books such a wonderful success. We started in 2002 with one title, funded by a simple $7,500 loan from my own retirement account. After repaying that initial loan, we put all income back into publishing more books, thus "bootstrapping" the number of titles and bringing more authors to the audiences who want to learn from them. By 2012, sales finally reached the point that we could release a batch of new titles every year. This year, 2018, we can securely release new titles and support a continuous flow of reprints. The key to our success has been the incredible customer appreciation shown by our readers, who keep coming back for more titles.
If you are not yet familiar with Lucky Mojo Books, but you want to learn from authentic sources, we feel there are no better books for the money than our handy 96-page series. Most of these titles fall into three basic categories:
* Rootwork Techniques, such as setting lights, writing petition papers, building altars, spiritual bathing, working with herbs, or making mojos.

2018 Hoodoo Heritage Festival
Raises Money for Fire-Damaged
Santa Rosa Homes in the Name of
Saint Joseph the Worker
As part of the Hoodoo Heritage Festival of 2018, AIRR member Papa Newt presented a workshop on Patron Saints of the Catholic Church, with a focus on Saint Joseph the Worker as the patron of carpenters, contractors, and those in need of housing and shelter.
A traditional community altar was erected, at which participants left petitions and received Mojo Beans (also known as Saint Joseph Beans) for good luck. Many participants also left monetary donations on the altar for the victims of the devastating Sonoma County wildfires of October 2017. A total of $200.00 was raised in the name of Saint Joseph at this event, and we are happy to report that the money has been contributed to the Rebuild Northbay Foundation.
We would like to thank all those who took part in the workshop, and all whose donations were made in Saint Joseph's name. We recommend that any others who may have charitable interests consider sending a monetary donation in Saint Joseph's name to the Rebuild Northbay Foundation at
