Membership Strategies Committee

As part of its mission, the Membership Strategies Committee examines new membership benefits and marketing tools for the Chamber, including different ways of communicating to reach the biggest audience. The Committee recently approved the implementation of a new quarterly newsletter that will be mailed to all Chamber members. This newsletter will provide information on members and events, and provide an improved way to advertise member events and promotions. The first newsletter will be going out in June, and for the introduction we are offering inserts at just $200 per issue. If you are interested in advertising or having a flyer insert, please contact the Chamber.

STATE CONFERENCE FOR BUSINESS

Well, it is almost finally upon us! The Oregon Employer Council State Conference for Business will be held here in Albany on May 7th and 8th! Many, many businesses from around the state will be there. This 2 day conference offers fantastic programming, great speakers, and of course lots of food. We will be at the Linn County Expo Center and the 2 hotel properties adjacent. You can find more information and can register at www.oec.org. There is an early bird discount as well if you act soon.

If you are interested in hosting an exhibition booth or doing a sponsorship, please contact me and I can put you in touch with our state coordinator. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your business, network, and take advantage of the great programming and even earn HRCI credits.
