A CT Road Scholar Program Required Workshop
By attending this dynamic workshop, you will enhance your role as a municipal supervisor and learn to create a cooperative team.  This workshop will give you the fundamentals of successful supervision and provide you with tools you can use to build a positive and respectful environment to set the stage for the success of your team.       
Who Should Attend
This workshop is designed for all municipal highway officials, particularly those responsible for the supervision of others and those new to supervision.

Directors of Public Works, Highway Superintendents, Crew Leaders and Foremen are encouraged to attend. 
Course Instructor
Rockie Blunt is the President of Blunt Consulting Group, a Massachusetts firm that offers management training and consulting services to Public Works Departments and Departments of Transportation in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
