Wellington, Fla. - March 19, 2016 -  On Monday, Feb. 22, Ron Neal and Mason Phelps, Jr. welcomed friends and associates from the Wellington community to a housewarming party for their newly built dream home in the Palm Beach Polo & Country Club.

Among those invited to the special occasion were the expert contributors and home specialists who played a crucial role in the end result of Neal and Phelps' highly anticipated new home.

Neal and Phelps would like to thank  John Butte and Tom Christensen of Jon Thomas Custom Homes Inc., Emily Smith of Ashland Design, Inc. ( www.ashlanddesigninc.com ), Jack Vickers and John Curtis of Florida Son Landscaping ( flson@comcast.net ), Robert Price and Kelly and Adam Hall of Palm Pool and Spa ( www.palmpoolandspainc.com ),  Andres Hinestroza and Oscar Urreiztieta of  Planning and Building, Inc. ( www.planningandbuilding.net ) and architect Dennis Rainho of YRA Design Inc. ( www.yrainc.com ) for turning their dream home into a reality.

"I got my real estate license in 1979," said Neal. "Having been in the real estate market for over 30 years, I've sold a lot of properties. However, when it came to our own home, we were very conscious of the people we wanted to bring in to help create our dream home. Having been in Palm Beach Polo & Country Club for 25 years, we had a wealth of resources in that aspect. We decided on the people and companies that we used based on their expertise, the quality of their work and their workability. It was a wonderful process all around and we're very happy with how everything turned out!"
