After the breakup of his band, the world's greatest bassist becomes a drifting gun-for-hire. They call him VIKTOR (played by real life bassist Jim Schumacher). As fate conspires, he crosses paths with a teenage runaway with a split personality, one part lost kitty, one part Adolph Hitler. Her name is ROSE (played by fetish model MERCEDES THE MUSE). Viktor takes her under his wing, and together they form a twisted duo of justice. The film is an anthology of short adventures, chronicling the missions of these drug fueled bounty hunters. Someone giving you a problem, hire Rose and Viktor, they'll give them a problem!
"If you were to marinate Natural Born Killers in acid and pepper it with bath salts, you'd get Rose & Viktor: No Mercy! I couldn't stop watching!" -@DiceOnFilm
Rose and Viktor are the most disturbing celluloid perverts since Bonnie and Clyde and Bert and Ernie! They fit right into the Troma family!" -Lloyd Kaufman

Established in 1974 by Yale friends Lloyd Kaufman and Michael Herz, Troma Entertainment is arguably the longest-running independent movie studio in North America, and it's one of the very few genuine brand names in the industry. World famous for movie classics like Kaufman's "The Toxic Avenger", Trey Parker's "Cannibal, the Musical", "Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead", "Class of Nuke 'em High", Charles Kaufman's "Mother's Day" and "Tromeo & Juliet", Troma's seminal films are now being remade as big-budget mainstream productions by the likes of Brett Ratner, Richard Saperstein, Akiva Goldsman and Steven Pink. Early work of many of today's luminaries can be found in Troma's library of 1000 films, cartoons, TV shows and shorts. Jenna Fischer, Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Kevin Costner, Fergie, Vincent D'Onofrio, Samuel L. Jackson, James Gunn and Eli Roth are just a few.
