Rossoblu Opens

Rosoblu, located at City Market South, softly opened with evening hours Tuesday-Sunday. EaterLA brought us a first look of the restaurant with some stunning interior photos. Little Damage, Big Buzz

The hottest business in the LA Fashion District, at the moment, is also the coolest; Little Damage ice cream shop has been taking the world by storm. Appearing in Cosmopolitan, Teen Vogue, and Buzzfeed for their unconventional black "Goth" ice cream and sugar cone. However, don't let the color fool you, with flavors like "Dark Cinns" and "Unicorn Tears" this is definitely a tasty treat. So let Little Damage cool you down this Summer and stop in for your sampling of their "Goth' ice cream. 

LA Fashion District Projects Release Renderings

City Market North
On the heels of Rossoblu's opening, HansonLA has released the renderings for the North portion of City Market LA. The 10-acre mixed-use complex will have multiple buildings ranging from 3 to 38 stories, adding 945 residential units, 210 hotel rooms, 225,000 square feet of commercial space and 312, 000 square feet of educational space. California Flower Mall
Urbanize LA also published the initial renderings of the proposed 15 story redevelopment of the Southern portion of the California Flower Mall, located at 7th/Maple. The project would include 32 moderate income apartments, above 58,866 square feet of office space, 4,385 square feet of retail space, 63,585 square feet of wholesale market space, 13,420 square feet of restaurant space and 9,226 square feet of event space.

L.A Conservancy's Last Remaining Seats
The LA Conservancy's signature series, Last Remaining Seats will kick off in the LA Fashion District with a screening of L.A. Confidential at The Orpheum Theatre on Saturday, June. 3. Last Remaining Seats presents films as they were meant to be seen: on the big screen, in a beautiful theatre, surrounded by fellow fans, and accompanied by vintage cartoons, special guests, and more. Tickets for the premiere have SOLD OUT, but there are dates still available.  Learn more.
