This Program centres on a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviour. TD & Rotman Women @ Work Essay Competition

Congratulations to the winner of the TD & Rotman Women @ Work Essay Competition and recipient of the $10,000 grand prize: Karen Dawson. It was her thoughtful self-reflection, insightful advice and positive spirit that swayed the judges.

 

What's next?

The Women @ Work Essay Competition is part of a two-year innovative research initiative between TD & Rotman. Over the summer, Rotman researchers will look at all the submissions in aggregate to assess patterns and trends surrounding the choices women have or have not made between their career, family, and personal legacy aspirations. The goal is to collect all of the findings and publish them in the fall of 2015. Stay tuned!
