The morning is designed to help you prepare for Hawaii's premier all-women's running event coming up on Sunday, March 6, 2016. Guest speakers include:
Race Director KC Carlberg, who will share insights into this certified 10K course and help you strategize your race.
Running Coach Erin Hickok, who will give you running tips on form and technique and help you pick the shoes and clothing that best work for your particular running style.
Light refreshments will be served and a raffle drawing for some prizes from Runner's Route and Straub Hospital and Clinic for all who are present.
