The Center's newest employee, Ellen Zagrobelny, joined the team as a Water Resources Engineer, coming from civil engineering consulting. Ellen has designed stormwater management facilities for a variety of localities, from the oil & gas industry in PA and WV to urban municipalities the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Ellen holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia, and lives in Virginia where her family raises pastured poultry and livestock. Moments not engaged in stormwater management and farming find Ellen reading Flannery O’Connor, working in the garden, and preparing meals for the farm community. Welcome Ellen!
