2017 Sagamore Council Annual Meeting & Recognition Dinner

When:   Tuesday, April 25th, 2017  at 6:30 PM

Where:  The Trails Banquet Facility
              325 Burnetts Rd,
              West Lafayette IN 47906

Please join us as we introduce and swear in the 2017 Sagamore Council Executive Board members and officers. We will recognize the 2016 Sagamore Council Eagle Scouts and will also present the 2017 Silver Beavers and recognize other Volunteers and Scouts.

Spring Semester University of Scouting - March 18
& Discover Tech: Merit Badge Day -  March 25    
Preregister now via CampMaster for the spring semester of University of Scouting on Saturday, March 18th at Indiana University Kokomo, 9 AM to 4 PM.  Cost is $13.50 and Lunch is included.  Registration deadline is 3 PM March 10, 2017. Scouting for Food

Scouting for Food is an excellent service project - Boy Scouts have partnered with Kroger and the Girl Scouts to help meet the needs of food banks across central Indiana.  Units may have their food drives when it best fits into their calendar and benefits most of the local food banks, but the Council dates are March 22 - April 5th.  Kokomo units are requested to coordinate their food drives with the Postal Carriers and United Way during May.  Access flyer for more details. It's time to begin planning your 2017-2018 calendar year and budgeting your unit finances to fund your scheduled activities!  As part of that you have to fundraise if your unit will be participating in the fall popcorn sale - complete and submit the commitment form linked below.
