Thanks to our Corporate Partners!

S pring is in full swing this season at Costello Urban Farm!  On May 12th, 13 volunteers from New Balance attended the first  service   day  of the season at Costello. With many tasks on hand, they jumped right in and got to work, relocating the compost pile and setting up the irrigation system in the high tunnel!

On Saturday, May 13th, GWL partnered with Yale alumna Maggie Super Church to host Yale  Day of  Service 2017 at Costello. 13 Yale alums and their families worked tirelessly to help GWL prep beds, weed the fenceline in preparation for pollinator plantings, and laid rows of straw to protect some of the produce already planted.

On May 17th, 20 volunteers from Bank of America joined the GWL crew at Costello for some seeding, mulching and general farm maintenance.
