NOTES FROM THE NURSES

Welcome to September!  As we all prepare for fall and cooler weather there are a few things we would like you to keep in mind.

1.     Please log-in to RenWeb and update your child's medical information, (allergies, health concerns, etc.) by September 10, 2018.

2.    Moving into cold and flu season, please stress the importance of good hand hygiene with your child.  Wash hands frequently, or use hand sanitizer; especially after coughing or sneezing.  Also, please remind your child not to share food or drinks with any other student- this is the best way to help prevent the spread of germs.

3.    Please make sure your child eats breakfast before coming to school.  This helps to fuel the body so your child is prepared to learn and can function at his or her best.

4.    The health page on the school website has been updated, please visit it and review the information.

If you have any questions or concerns about your child, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Bette Felder, RN and Michelle Russell, RN
