Creating work straddling the boundary between the digital and physical worlds, Stephen Kwok's installation-based multi-media exhibition -- Walled Garden -- is an exploration of technology, spirituality, and our connection to physical goods and the environment.
About the Artist:
Kwok was raised in Houston, obtained a Business degree in Los Angeles at the University of Southern California, and now works predominantly in New Orleans as an artist. He has shown at the Lawndale Art Center, the Ogden Museum of Southern Art, Contemporary Art Center New Orleans, and in various other venues. He will be beginning an MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago this Fall. More about Kwok: www.kwokstephen.com

Luck of the Draw 2012

DiverseWorks will exhibit hundreds of 7 x 9 inch art works to be sold via lottery. Purchase a ticket to receive a number. Numbers are called at random. Any art works not sold will be on exhibit through June 2 and will be available for purchase. Luck of the Draw is DiverseWorks' annual fundraiser. Proceeds benefit DiverseWorks performing and visual arts programs.
