Anyone who RSVPs and does not show up without notifying  Ivan in advance (and thus denying attending to someone on the waitlist) will not be permitted to sign up for A&D Forum tours for a year.

  • Park in Visitor Parking as available or on the street (carpooling recommended)
  • Must sign in at the front desk located at 11639 Coley River Circle.
  • A light breakfast will be available.
  • Bring a business card - they will be duplicated and everyone will receive a copy of all attendee's cards.  
  • There will not be any opportunity to distribute literature.
  • No cameras or cell phones allowed.
  • Introductions will be minimal - your name, company, industry, and a 5 word "elevator speech".  We encourage you to be creative!

Omni Metal Finishing, Inc., a company specialized in Metal Finishing and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). The 38 year old corporation is one of the largest companies in Southern California offering over 130 metal finishing processes and providing services to the aerospace, aircraft, military and commercial industry. Processes include Anodizing on aluminum and titanium alloys, Conversion Coatings, Dow processes for magnesium, primer, paint, dry film lubricants, electroless coatings, passivation, descaling and Non-Destructive testing among other services.
 
Do to our experience in the metal finishing industry, OMNI is recognized as a company willing to help and offer FREE customer consultation on manufacture, process improvement and cost minimization
 
As we strive to improve the quality of our products and services, as well as ensure our continued growth and continuous customer satisfaction, OMNI adopted and implemented a Quality System conforming to the requirements of The International Organization for Standardization (ISO). As a result of our endeavor the company received its first ISO certification on October 2001 and has maintained it through this day.
 
In addition to ISO, OMNI currently holds a Nondestructive Testing and Chemical Processing NADCAP accreditation along with process approvals for mayor space and aircraft companies such as Boeing, Space X, Nasa, Honeywell, Eaton, Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Goodrich and Parker.

Mr. Victor M. Salazar is the founder and president of Omni Metal Finishing, Inc., a company specialized in Metal Finishing and Non-Destructive Testing ( NDT ). The 38-year corporation is one of the recognized companies in Southern California offering over
130 metal finishing processes and providing services to the aerospace, aircraft, military
and commercial industry. With almost 50 years of experience, Mr. Salazar is recognized as an expert in the field. Various engineers from companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Sikorsky and Bell Helicopter come to him with technical questions when developing new projects.
 
Victor Salazar was born in Jalisco, México. At the age of 18 his father got him a jobworking for a company in the metal finishing business in the greater Los Angeles Area. Within seven years, Victor rose to the top position in the company. Seeking new challenges, experiences and more knowledge about the business, he quit and joined another company located in Orange County. Within five years he was promoted to plant manager. After serious contemplation and encouragement from certain colleagues, he decided to go out on his own. In January of 1980, Victor started Omni Metal Finishing, Inc. in Fountain Valley, CA with Eugene Kress and other partners. The company philosophy is to get the best quality and service possible. Omni deals with highly intricate products and hardware that demands special attention to detail for processing.
 
He has lived in Huntington Beach since 1977 with his wife, Mrs. Maria de Jesus Salazar. Victor is a father of five-children of which three of them are currently working with him to develop new processes, monitoring the quality and helping in the growth of their company.
