SBOE MEETING SEPTEMBER 14-16  

Are supplemental science materials enough? 

From September 14-16, the State Board of Education will meet to discuss items pertaining to K-12 curriculum materials, and STAT is going to be there, advocating for a complete textual system update for science classrooms. 

We invite you, the members of STAT, to be present at this meeting.  If you wish to provide your own public testimony, view the SBOE Operating Rules.  You must register via phone or fax the Friday before the meeting (September 9th).  

Public testimony will take place on Thursday, September 15.  President Ross Ann Hill will speak on behalf of the association.
