Great things keep happening in South Carolina to advance women's golf on all levels. The Inaugural South Carolina Women's Open to be played at the historic Seabrook Island Club - Oceanwinds Course - August 10-12, 2018 is opening opportunities for players of all ages. The LPGA Symetra Tour is going to present the 2018 South Carolina Women's Open Champion with a Sponsors Exemption into one of the 2019 LPGA Symetra Tour events being held in the Carolina's. (specific event to be annouced later).

The SC Women's Open is a 54 hole event that is open to Professionals, Amateurs, Senior Professionals, and Senior Amateurs. Entries have just been open to South Carolina WSCGA members for the first 21 days, but tomorrow, June 9, at 9am entries are open to anyone around world. Coaches, call your players, players call your friends because the field is currently limited to the first 108 players to register that meet the tournament criteria.
