Workshop 203 - Financial Management of Your Business
This workshop discusses how the aspiring entrepreneur or an existing business owner uses good market information to make financial projections for a specified time period, usually one year. A 35-page binder containing all covered material will be given to each paid attendee.
Workshop 204 - Writing an Effective Business Plan
A business plan for a typical small business does not have to be a complex document of many pages. This workshop takes attendees step by step through the simplified SCORE method of creating an effective business plan for a hypothetical small business. A 25-page binder containing all covered material will be given to each paid attendee.
