Inform your customers about your good work
USA Today  and its subsidiaries recently published an article critical of small and rural drinking water systems and their operations. Rather than focus on the inaccuracies contained in these articles, SCRWA suggests that the water systems throughout the state use this as an opportunity to interact with their customers and to inform them of the good work being done.

Read the USA Today article here

It is important that your customers know the quality of the water you provide them. Utilize your individual systems' data to make this point. You can find relevant and helpful talking points here .
Holiday office closure
