Sprouts Open During Construction Sprouts in La Mesa is open during construction and can be accessed via Palm Ave. The Sprouts parking lot entrance via Spring St. is closed, as well as a portion of Finley Ave., during construction. Please do not enter the Sprouts parking lot at Finley as this is an exit only.

This two-minute video explains the innovative relining process. The Relining Process Pipeline relining is used on long stretches of pipelines and involves inserting new steel liners into an existing pipeline. The new liners extend the life of the pipeline by 75 years. Relining the existing pipelines with steel is a quicker, more cost-effective alternative to excavating, removing and replacing the entire pipeline.
