June 1 Update Part II
The convention reconvened after lunch with elections for rest of the Praesidium and Board members.
Rev. David Maack, Executive Director of the Lutheran Mission Society, Baltimore MD was elected First Vice President. Rev Will Harmon (King of Glory, Williamsburg VA) and Rev, William Beyer (Holy Cross, Clayton NC) were elected to first terms as 2nd and 3rd Vice Presidents.
Rev. John Kassouf (Risen Christ, Myrtle Beach SC) was elected to a first term as secretary and Mr. Thomas DeMik (St. John, Franconia VA) will serve his first term as treasurer. Newly elected Lay Member Elizabeth Elgert (King of Glory, Williamsburg VA) joins Russell Edmund (Grace, Concord NC), Gil Brauch (St. Stephens, Hickory NC), Stu Nichols (Ascension, Charlotte NC), and C.P. Coyner (Trinity, Richmond Va) who were re-elected.
The Board of Directors and Circuit Counselors will be installed on Saturday afternoon.

Friday ended with an evening worship service hosted by King of Glory from Williamsburg VA.
