When the average American gains 1-5 pounds over the holiday season, how do you find time to make healthy choices to prevent being part of that statistic?
"I think I'll start my new diet the Monday before Thanksgiving... or maybe wait until the Monday after," is not usually something we tell ourselves. This also does not sound like a wise or practical decision that will have a successful outcome.
Diets and lifestyle changes usually get pushed off and become a New Year resolution... so this year, let's change our mindset to be
'maintain and don't gain' this holiday season!
