Having successfully founded and run a law practice specializing in technology and intellectual property,
Hanna Bui
brings a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and entrepreneurial experience to
SpotOn
. In addition to her executive duties, Hanna leads the team's efforts in building partnerships and legislative support for the company. Prior to founding
SpotOn
, Hanna was the principal of Technology Transactions Law Group. She also held the position of Senior Director and Legal Counsel of BeVocal (subsequently acquired by Nuance Communications), and worked at the Silicon Valley law firms, Cooley Godward, and Fenwick & West. Hanna received her law degree with honors from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California at Davis. Hanna attended Lowell High School and is proud to be a Bay Area resident.
Kerry Huffman
is a classically trained client relations executive with a successful track record building partnerships, teams and revenue driving programs for clients. Prior to
SpotOn
, he managed national client relations teams at Resource/Ammirati, Unilever, Intuit and Broderbund. Recently, he built a youth sports organization supporting religious organizations nationwide. Kerry has a Marketing degree from the University of Kentucky, a Certification in Sales Management from UC Berkeley and a Certification in Digital Marketing from the University of San Francisco.
