As Mexico's Pacific Coast awaits the catastrophic landfall this afternoon of "the strongest hurricane ever recorded" (Hurricane Patricia), the San Francisco Interfaith Council (SFIC) joins our City's communities of faith in offering up prayers for the people of Mexico.

 

Throughout San Francisco, we encourage houses of worship to extend an invitation to make an offering to support the critical and time sensitive on-the-ground aid work that will need to be undertaken.
