May 2018

Dear Colleagues,

In celebration of Spring's long-awaited arrival and the tradition of spring cleaning we were inspired to put together a reading list of open source resources entitled " Later Life Hoarding & Diogenes Syndrome" to help raise awareness of these problems and ways to address them.

In support of National Hospice Palliative Care Week (May 6-12) please consider upcoming CHPCA educational opportunities in June.  Below we are pleased to share updates from member organizations, upcoming events and news about funding opportunities.

We invite you to share these newsletters via email and social media. Of course you may opt out at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email.

Sincerely.
