Principal's Letter
Dear Parents of Saint Joseph Elementary School,

In honor of the feast of our patron saint, we are celebrating St Joseph Family Day on Sunday, March 18 with our brothers and sisters from SJND and the parish!  Celebrating as a family all in the name of Saint Joseph. Bishop Barber will preside at the 11:30 am Mass that morning. Many of our students will be involved in the Mass as well.  Our fourth and fifth grade students will be singing a song during the Mass and several of our students will be altar serving . After Mass, everyone is invited to the gymnasium for an International Food Faire.  Wearing traditional attire from your country of origin is encouraged.
We are a blessed community to have such events that promote fellowship and family all in the name of Jesus and His word.  I look forward to seeing many of you at Mass and at the International Food Faire. I am excited to try dishes from all over the world and hear more about the members of our “family.”
One gentle reminder:   The demand for parking this Sunday will be heavy, so all are encouraged to walk or carpool if possible.  If you must drive, consider parking a bit farther away, to leave closer parking available for visitors, the elderly and the disabled.  Let’s offer a warm welcome, starting in the parking lots!

God’s Blessing On Each of Us,

Dr. Marquita Yriarte
