News from Mrs. Sims

Happy Spring! It seems like the school year has picked up speed somewhere along the way. Rushing through our daily lives can be hard on us emotionally and physically. Our children need downtime- time to rest, play, pray, and just be. Take time this Holy Week to rest and reflect on God's gifts. After 40 days of Lenten sacrifice, this week prepares us to receive the amazing gift that Jesus gave us through His death and resurrection. Easter is the greatest feast in the Christian calendar. It represents the fulfillment of our faith. Holy Week gives us a chance to reflect upon the joy that Easter brings to us all. I wish you a blessed Holy Week and Easter Season.

Carpool Reminders
Please be careful and stay alert as you drop your children off in morning and afternoon carpool. Drivers that are hurried and distracted can jeopardize our students and staff members. Slow down and take an extra minute to ensure that all are safe before you zip out of our parking lot. We all want to get where we are going, but aren't our children worth an extra minute or two?

May God Bless You and Your Family,
Wendy Sims
