Gobble Gobble
SoulCycle,
Thanksgiving
is just around the corner and you know what that means... time for
our famous 90-MINUTE TURKEY BURNS*!!! The Turkey
Burns are always some of our best classes of the year, so don't
miss this opportunity to push yourself and reflect on all the
things we have to be grateful for. Turkey Burns will be taking
place at all 5 SoulCycle locations on Thursday AND Friday mornings,
so be sure to look for them on the schedule! *Please
note, Turkey Burns will be charged as two classes!
And if
you're out at the beach for Thanksgiving, be sure to check out our
90-minute Decades Ride! Join MB
Regan for a musical journey that will take you from1970
straight through to 2010! Remember your favorite disco hits, 80's
pop songs, 90s raps and rock out to your current favorites. The
Decades Ride on Thanksgiving at 8:00 AM and you can sign up
online or by calling
the studio at (631) 537-3630. *Please note, the ride will be
charged as two classes.
For
those of you in Westchester this weekend, get out your jean jackets
and red bandannas and join Sue Molnar for a ride
with The Boss! The 45-minute Bruce Springsteen
ride will take place on Friday (11/26) at 5:00 PM. Singing on the
bike is strongly encouraged! You can sign up for this class
online or by calling
914.713.1200.
And
last but not least, on the Saturday following Thanksgiving (11/27)
at 4:00 PM, SoulCycle West will host a charity ride benefiting the
West Side Campaign Against Hunger. WSSCAH is a
neighborhood food pantry that provides over 800,000 meals each year
to hungry New Yorkers. WSCAH never turns anyone away.
Unfortunately, more and more New Yorkers come to WSCAH every year,
and many of them are children from households that simply don't
have enough food.
Instead
of paying for the class, we just ask that you bring a can
(or lots of cans!) of food AND/OR a check made out to West
Side Campaign Against Hunger. Your donation will go directly to
feed those who need it. To sign up for this special ride, please
reply to marysol145@gmail.com.
Happy
Thanksgiving. We are so thankful for our strong bodies, open
hearts, and Soul Community!
