Made for Love
Students in St. Paul Religion classes have been learning about the mission of
pregnancy care center in Waterbury and our call to image the Communion of Persons that is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit through our universal call to love.
Dr. Katie Rose Boissonneault, PhD, has presented to the all classes. During her visit with the freshmen on April 27, Dr. Boissonneault received blankets and knit baby socks for Carolyn's Place from the St. Paul Sewing Club.

It's an opportunity to show the community how to Live United.
Thank you St. Paul for showing your commitment to our
St. Paul's Social Media Task Force
Take a look at the video the entire task force was involved in...
St. Paul's Social Media Task Force is a student-led initiative to discuss social media issues, what should be talked about and brought to the forefront with students and social media today. Meetings are held once a week and there are about 40 students on the task force, consisting of Seniors, Juniors, Sophomore and Freshmen.
The task force kicked off the school year with a guest speaker, for the entire student body, on the harm of irresponsible social media and how a persons reputation and potentially career can be jeopardized.
This was followed up with a survey to students and a discussion about the speakers topics which was all led by the social media task force.
Next was a discussion on the responsibility of using social media and a number of different scenarios that can come up.
After sharing a video and "fake" profiles that the task force created they led a safety discussion called, "would you follow these people?" which opened up a lot of discussion
The task force ended the year with this video about protecting yourself by going private.
After being very well received, the social media task force will begin up again in the Fall with potentially more videos, guest speakers and small group discussions.
Take a look at our video and share with everyone!!!

St. Paul's participation in the
Box Tops for Education
program has been inactive for a while. We would like to become active again and are asking for your help.
Simply start clipping the box tops off of participating products (
see list here
) that you use every day and send them to school either by mail or with your students. Please check the expiration date as we cannot send in expired box tops.
We will do the rest!
There's free money available for redeemed Box Tops and Bonus Certificates that we can earn from the local grocery stores. For each redeemed box top we earn $.10. While it doesn't sound like much, you'd be surprised at how quickly it can add up.
Don't throw it away... take a moment to clip the box top and we could potentially earn hundreds, even thousands of dollars for our school.
PARENTS: Watch for future communications about specific turn in dates as well as information regarding how the students can get involved and earn Falcon Points for their class.
