Be Unique - Be a Leader - Be Aquinas
Knightly News - February 4, 2018
Catholic schools  "seek to develop in students, communal obligations and aspirations, to espouse values which  unite society  and to  promote citizenship  infused by a  commitment to social justice . Catholic schools seek to instill students with  faith, values and knowledge  to guide and support them throughout their lives, to provide them with preparation for a life of worth , not merely a life of work” (Diocese of Cairns, 2018).
Principal's Post

The Knight Nation Athletic Club (KNAC) held its annual Chili Cook-off. There was much great food with 14 different chili and soup chefs present that were sharing their products. The evening was full of fun and celebration with great fellowship and camaraderie shared by all. It was one of those nights that made you feel glad that you were a Knight. Much thanks go to Stephanie Wheeler and the KNAC for putting on such a great evening.

We also completed Catholic Schools Week. We had several assemblies, vocation talks, whole school mass, special lunches and breakfasts, and the students got to dress in some fun outfits. It was a great week-long celebration of Catholic Schools.

Please continue to pray for God’s will to be done at St. Thomas Aquinas High School and Middle School.

Have a great Aquinas week!

St. Thomas Aquinas, pray for us.

Ways to Support STA
St Thomas Aquinas High School is partnering with Schoola ( www.schoola.com ).

What’s Schoola? It’s a great way to raise funds for our school. Schoola collects pre-loved women's and children’s clothes, preps and sells them online, and gives 40% of the proceeds (minus the cost of inbound shipping) back to St Thomas Aquinas High School to help fund programs for our kids. That’s $2 out of every $5 earned back to our school! Simply click on the image to view our very own Schoola landing page where you can request a bag and view our progress and funds earned

The AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases to St. Thomas Aquinas High School & Middle School to help fund programs for our students. Every little bit counts, donations quickly add up.

It's easy! Type smile.amazon.com and log into your Amazon.com account. Select St. Thomas Aquinas High School (yes the Middle School benefits too!), Louisville, OH. That's it. Now whenever you make a purchase STA benefits.

Thank you for your support!

Don't forget to forward this to your family and friends! And encourage them to  sign up  to receive their own copy of this email blast.
