Be Unique - Be a Leader - Be Aquinas
Knightly News - November 5, 2017
Principal's Post

The Lord has blessed STA athletics with some successes as follows:

Senior runner Justis Paul finished 10th at the State Cross Country meet on Saturday held at National Trail Raceway in Hebron, Ohio. He earned All-Ohio Recognition.

The STA volleyball team became Regional Champions on Saturday. They will play the State Semi-Final Match on Thursday, November 9, at Wright State University.

We ask your prayers that they perform to the best of their ability.

In today’s Gospel Jesus tells his disciples, “Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, but whoever humbles himself will be exalted.” I can attest to the humility of all our athletes, particularly in victory. It is refreshing to see athletes act in such a noble manner. They are true witnesses to Christ working in their lives and are great ambassadors for St. Thomas Aquinas. Much thanks goes to their parents and the Aquinas coaches for forming them in this way.

Please continue to pray for God’s will to be done at St. Thomas Aquinas High School and Middle School and for God to strengthen us as we pursue Truth, Scholarship, and Excellence.

Have a great Aquinas week!

St. Thomas Aquinas, pray for us.

Ways to Support STA
St Thomas Aquinas High School is partnering with Schoola ( www.schoola.com ).

What’s Schoola? It’s a great way to raise funds for our school. Schoola collects pre-loved women's and children’s clothes, preps and sells them online, and gives 40% of the proceeds (minus the cost of inbound shipping) back to St Thomas Aquinas High School to help fund programs for our kids. That’s $2 out of every $5 earned back to our school! Simply click on the image to view our very own Schoola landing page where you can request a bag and view our progress and funds earned

The AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases to St. Thomas Aquinas High School & Middle School to help fund programs for our students. Every little bit counts, donations quickly add up.

It's easy! Type smile.amazon.com and log into your Amazon.com account. Select St. Thomas Aquinas High School (yes the Middle School benefits too!), Louisville, OH. That's it. Now whenever you make a purchase STA benefits.

Thank you for your support!

Don't forget to forward this to your family and friends! And encourage them to  sign up  to receive their own copy of this email blast.
